When Fox Factory – a premier designer and manufacturer of high-performance suspension systems – opted to relocate its headquarters from California to Georgia, DCCM was selected to support the transition from the ground up. As part of a confidential, fast-tracked initiative, we provided strategic site selection and civil engineering services to help identify and evaluate multiple locations before securing a 23-acre site for the company’s new home. 

The resulting 350,000 square foot vertically integrated campus now houses manufacturing, distribution, and office operations for more than 800 employees. Working in collaboration with Carroll Daniel Construction Co. as part of a design-build team, DCCM delivered civil site services that contributed to a 16-month, on-budget completion.
