DCCM provided construction management and geographic information system (GIS) services for utility conversion from overhead to underground at Shepherd Drive from US 59 to Westheimer Road. This included utility coordination, inspection, and GIS services for all private utilities. GIS services included 2D and 3D visualizations accessible on desktop and mobile devices, monthly unmanned aerial vehicle data and 3D video footage, pole inventory of overhead facilities, and access to CAD drawings through a GIS File Transfer Protocol website.
