DCCM is proud to announce the promotion of David Kubala, PE, to Chief Operating Officer (COO), Houston Municipal. This promotion reflects DCCM’s continued investment in strengthening its platform and advancing strategic growth initiatives across the region.
In his role as COO, David will lead the region’s day-to-day operations, including Water Infrastructure, Land and Site Development, and Surveying, driving operational excellence, cross-departmental collaboration, and the execution of large-scale public infrastructure projects throughout Texas. His leadership will be instrumental in expanding DCCM’s presence and delivering complex, high-impact projects that serve communities across the state.
Since joining DCCM in 2013 as a Project Manager, David has steadily advanced through leadership roles, most recently serving as Vice President of Water Infrastructure.
