DCCM is proud to announce the promotion of Carolyn Jardine-Quinn, RPLS, to Director of Survey for the Houston Municipal Survey division. This promotion reflects DCCM’s continued commitment to strengthening leadership within the organization and supporting the growth and success of our survey services across Texas.
In her new role as Director of Survey, Carolyn will lead and oversee the Houston Municipal Survey team, providing strategic direction, operational leadership, and support to survey teams. She will continue driving operational excellence, maintaining strong client relationships, supporting business development efforts, and providing leadership and guidance to project managers, field crews, and technical staff throughout the division.
Carolyn joined the company on October 25, 2004, and has dedicated more than 20 years to supporting the growth and success of the organization. Throughout her tenure, she has held key roles within the survey department and most recently served as Production Manager. Her extensive experience in survey operations, project coordination, client service, team leadership, and professional land surveying has made her a respected and trusted leader within the organization. Carolyn has played an important role in the continued success of the survey group through her technical expertise, commitment to quality, and dedication to both clients and colleagues.
