Tyler P. Jones

Tyler P. Jones, PE, PMP, is DCCM’s Chief Development Officer and West Region COO. Tyler’s 28 years of professional consulting experience has included water infrastructure design and construction management, program management, disaster recovery and environmental compliance permitting, and remediation. Tyler directs the development and implementation of DCCM’s growth strategy in the Transportation, Water, and Power/Utilities markets as well as climate resiliency and disaster recovery. He is passionate about bringing diverse teams together to deliver Future Ready strategies for growth in the civil infrastructure marketplace.

Mike Gallagher

Mike Gallagher has oversight responsibility for DCCM’s accounting and finance, human resources, IT, legal and real estate functions. He has over 35 years of experience working in senior finance and administrative roles for professional service organizations, both public and private, national and international. As an operational CFO, he is skilled at working with senior management on defining, building and executing business goals and objectives.

JR Reddish

JR Reddish, PE, FNSPE, FSAME, LEED Green Associate, is a seasoned engineering executive with both domestic and international engineering experience as well as significant leadership roles in the private and public sectors. Having previously served as a regional President, JR assumed the COO, Central Region responsibilities for DCCM in July of 2024. JR is a Professional Engineer with 40+ years of experience and a Fellow with both the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Society of American Military Engineers.

Darrell Rochester

Darrell Rochester, PE, is a senior leader at DCCM who brings over 40 years of technical expertise and executive management to the firm. He provides critical strategic oversight in large-scale infrastructure development, consistently delivering complex civil engineering projects that meet the highest standards of operational integrity. Throughout his career, Darrell has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to technical excellence and the development of high-performing engineering teams, cementing his reputation as an influential authority in the industry.

Darrin Willer

Darrin Willer, PE, FSAME serves as Exec. VP, National Transportation Business Line Leader at DCCM, bringing more than 35 years of experience delivering complex transportation infrastructure projects across the United States. He works with teams nationwide to pursue and deliver major highway, toll, and interchange programs while supporting the continued growth of the DCCM. Throughout his career, he has contributed to projects with a combined construction value exceeding $35 billion, including leadership roles on transformative initiatives such as the $15 billion North Houston Highway Improvement Project. Prior to joining the consulting industry, Darrin served as a Combat Engineer Officer with the U.S. Army’s 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), an experience that shaped his mission-focused and team-oriented leadership approach. He is also active in industry leadership, serving as Vice Board Chair and Legislative Policy Committee Chair for the Transportation Advocacy Group, past Board Chair of the North Houston Association, and President and Fellow of the Society of American Military Engineers.

David Hamilton

With over 45 years of public infrastructure, transportation, and private development experience in Texas, David Hamilton, PE, is an industry leader driven to success through delivery of significant projects, great client relationships, and surrounded by amazing staff. His notable projects include the Tomball Tollway for HCTRA, substantial water pipeline projects for the City of Houston and water authorities, extensive public infrastructure and transportation projects for cities and counties throughout Texas, as well as an impressive resume of mixed-use, commercial, and residential/MUD projects in the Houston region. He served as a regional Executive Vice President since 2010 and, in his current role with DCCM, is responsible for driving growth across Texas.

Monica Aizpurúa

Monica Aizpurúa provides strategic leadership across the company, overseeing business development, pursuit strategy, and client engagement throughout Texas. She collaborates across the DCCM platform to drive market growth, strengthen partnerships, and advance key operational and strategic initiatives. With 25 years of industry experience, Monica brings a strategic vision that strengthens market position and maximizes value for clients.

Parker Thompson

Parker Thompson serves as VP, Corporate Development at DCCM. In this role, he plays a key role in the company’s strategic growth initiatives, supporting mergers and acquisitions, transaction diligence, and the integration of newly acquired firms as the platform continues to expand. Parker also helps lead monthly operational reporting and performance analysis across the platform while working closely with operations, accounting, and marketing teams to strengthen coordination and collaboration across the DCCM organization.

A Texas A&M graduate, Parker began his professional career with Plains, a prominent midstream oil and gas company, where he ultimately led the Capital Projects Group responsible for delivering approximately $2 billion in infrastructure projects.

Inas Aweidah

Inas Aweidah, MBA, PE, PMP, serves as VP, Texas Transportation Business Line Leader at DCCM, where she drives strategic planning for transportation infrastructure in Texas. As a licensed Professional Engineer with an MBA, Ms. Aweidah leverages her extensive technical expertise and visionary leadership to develop innovative, resilient, and client-centric mobility solutions. Her experience spans both public and private sectors, enhancing her capacity to add significant value to her role. Her unwavering dedication to advancing the transportation sector is demonstrated through her leadership roles, including President of the American Public Works Association (APWA) Texas Chapter. Recognized for her impactful contributions, she has received prestigious awards, including the TPWA Public Works Leader of the Year and the WTS Houston Innovative Transportation Solutions award. Focused on engineering excellence, innovation, and strategic collaboration, she leads diverse teams and cultivates strong client partnerships, positioning DCCM as a pioneering force shaping the future of transportation systems in Texas.

Coraggio Maglio

Coraggio Maglio, PE is responsible for providing leadership and oversight within the Water & Coastal Resources practice at DCCM, with a focus on delivering high quality services to clients and supporting project teams across the organization. He brings experience in civil engineering, coastal processes, water resources, and the environmental sciences. He plays an active role in advancing DCCM’s operational, technical, and strategic objectives on complex or significant projects. Coraggio holds a Master’s Degree in Ocean Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Natural Sciences, and has 20+ years of industry experience.

Jim Codling

Jim Codling, PE, MBA, serves as VP, Power & Utilities National Business Line Leader at DCCM, leading the firm’s expansion into transmission and distribution engineering services nationwide. He is responsible for strategic growth, client development, and operational leadership, bringing more than three decades of experience supporting major utilities across the country and globally. Jim combines deep technical expertise with executive leadership to build high-performing teams and deliver innovative, client-focused solutions in the evolving power delivery market.

Kelly Duquette

Kelly Duquette serves as VP, ERP Systems at DCCM. She oversees enterprise ERP strategy spanning multiple offices nationwide. Kelly brings deep experience leading ERP initiatives tied to mergers, system integration, and enterprise efficiency, ensuring technology solutions support scalable operations and cross‑functional collaboration.

Jason Carraway

Jason Carraway serves as DCCM’s VP, Information Technology, leading enterprise technology, cybersecurity, compliance, and systems integration across the organization and its divisions. With more than 30 years of experience spanning oil & gas, energy, finance, and technology consulting for mid- to large-scale global organizations, Jason brings both strategic vision and operational expertise to the role.

He previously founded and led a successful consulting firm and now focuses on unifying technology teams across acquisitions, fostering collaboration, and aligning IT strategy with business objectives to drive growth and innovation.

Matthew Bates

Matthew Bates supports DCCM’s growth strategy by identifying and evaluating potential partner firms and supporting efforts from initial outreach through integration. He brings 15 years of experience with founder- and family-owned essential-services businesses, including roles at Trivest Partners and H.I.G. Capital. Matt earned a B.S. in Finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Florida and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Amanda Hogue Mury

Amanda Hogue Mury is the Director of Administration at DCCM, where she supports executive leadership and oversees key administrative and operational functions. She is currently enrolled in the MBA program at University of Houston, bringing nearly 20 years of experience supporting both engineering teams and executives through organization, clear communication, and cross‑functional coordination.

Nguyen Nguyen

Nguyen Nguyen is responsible for driving the many HR initiatives that progress the advancement and integration of DCCM and the Human Resources function and processes. He has over 30 years of experience in leading HRIS implementations, policy standardization, organizational realignments, integration, and payroll and benefits, including 15 years at AECOM as an HR Director. Nguyen has an Electrical Engineering degree from Texas A&M University.

Kristi Hubbard

Kristi Hubbard serves as DCCM’s General Counsel, where she oversees the company’s legal affairs. Kristi works closely with senior leadership to support the company’s strategic initiatives.  Prior to joining DCCM, Kristi practiced law in multiple states representing construction and design firms in disputes and negotiations.

Keith DeLuca

Keith DeLuca is a transportation executive with over 30 years of experience in traffic operations, project management, and leadership, delivering complex infrastructure and technology programs across Florida and the Southeast. He began his career with FDOT District 5, managing more than 100 design-build projects annually, leading rapid hurricane recovery signal restorations, and authoring the agency’s first statewide fiber optic standards. He has advanced ITS, EV, and Connected Vehicle initiatives from concept to deployment while supporting major regional safety and mobility projects. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology and is known for driving impactful, stakeholder-focused transportation improvements.

Ken Kirkman

Ken Kirkman is responsible for partnering with the executive team, business line leaders, F&A, as well as collaborating with the Regional COOs and Division Leaders to drive DCCM’s operational performance, forecasting, and project controls capabilities. He brings more than 25 years experience in operational and financial roles. Ken holds degrees in finance and business management and has 18 years of industry experience.
