DCCM Announces Keith Ivy as VP, Water, Houston Municipal

DCCM is proud to announce the promotion of Keith Ivy, P.E., to Vice President, Water for the Houston Municipal Engineering division. This promotion reflects DCCM’s continued commitment to strengthening leadership within the organization and supporting the growth of our water infrastructure practice across Texas.

In his new role as VP, Water, Keith will lead and oversee the Water Division, including the Infrastructure, Facilities, and Hydrology & Hydraulics (H&H) teams. He will continue driving operational excellence, supporting business development efforts, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing leadership and guidance to project managers and technical teams throughout the division.

Keith joined DCCM in October 2015 as a Project Manager and has steadily advanced through leadership roles, most recently serving as Director of Water Infrastructure. Throughout his tenure, he has played an important role in the continued growth and success of the water infrastructure department through his technical expertise, leadership, and commitment to delivering high quality work for clients and communities.
