DCCM provided subsurface utility engineering (SUE) Quality Level (QL) D record research, followed by SUE QL-B designation and survey within the IH 45 right-of-way for 64,510 linear feet from north of Business 287 to FM 739. DCCM provided a utility map of the project area and met an accelerated schedule. Due to extreme weather and flooding, the project required careful scheduling and aggressive use of mobile technologies to enhance efficiency and bring it in on time.
