Landscape Architecture

Connecting communities and nature

DCCM’s landscape architecture services are centered on creating spaces that connect people to their environment through thoughtful, sustainable, and fully integrated design. We approach each project with a focus on delivering landscapes that are not only visually engaging and functional, but also environmentally responsive and built to support long-term resilience. Our work recognizes that landscape architecture is more than an aesthetic feature. It is a critical component of project infrastructure that can help reduce soil erosion, improve stormwater quality, encourage groundwater recharge, provide shade, and support healthier, more sustainable communities as development continues to reshape the natural environment.

Our team brings experience across a wide range of project types, including amenity center pools and recreation areas, playgrounds, single-family communities, multi-family residential developments, commercial sites, parks and recreation facilities, education and institutional campuses, and streetscapes. Supporting this work, DCCM also has a registered Arborist on staff who performs detailed site analyses to evaluate tree species, health, and structural stability, while helping clients make informed decisions that can reduce tree mitigation costs. Together, these capabilities allow us to deliver landscape architecture solutions that are practical, sustainable, and responsive to the unique character and needs of each site.
