James F. (Jim) Thompson

Jim Thompson is a seasoned executive with approximately 40 years of experience in the project development, engineering, construction, and facilities management industries focusing on profitable growth and delivery of projects globally. Prior to starting DCCM with White Wolf Capital, Jim spent 13 years with AECOM in several capacities, including CEO of International Government Services, and President & CEO of TCB AECOM, which served the southern and southwestern United States. Even further back in his career, Jim was President & CEO of JF Thompson, aka Thompson Engineering, a civil and structural engineering consulting and surveying company serving public and private clients throughout Texas and the greater gulf coast. He is a registered professional civil and structural engineer and a certified design-build professional.

Darrin Willer

Darrin Willer is an accomplished professional in the field of engineering, holding the position of Executive Vice President and National Transportation Business Line Leader at DCCM. With over three decades of experience, he specializes in highway and toll road planning and design, complex environmental documents, and various aspects of program and project management. His extensive career encompasses leading and growing engineering and planning teams, guiding transportation programs from initial studies through to final design. Additionally, he is involved with the Transportation Advocacy Group in Houston, further emphasizing his commitment to the advancement of transportation infrastructure.

Coraggio Maglio

Mr. Maglio has over 19 years of professional experience in the field of engineering. He has significant knowledge and experience in civil engineering, public works projects, structures, flood and coastal storm risk management, dredging, remediation, mitigation, permitting, historical structures, landscape architecture, water quality, sediments, coastal engineering, design, planning, project management, and construction inspection. A considerable amount of his expertise lies in navigating the permitting process through various agencies and jurisdictions along with a strong understanding of hydraulics, hydrology, coastal processes, freshwater, and estuarine systems. Mr. Maglio is a registered Professional Engineer in the States of Florida and Texas. His advanced skill set as a leader with a strong background in biological and physical processes, combined with gifted listening and communication skills, allows for the swift resolution of complex issues. He is known for bringing the best out of individuals and project teams, understanding the needs of his clients, innovating and mentoring the next generation of leaders, scientists, and engineers.

Inas Aweidah

Inas Aweidah, a prominent figure in the engineering field, has made significant contributions through her work. With a career beginning in the 1980s, she has witnessed the evolution of the industry, particularly in the integration of technology and the increasing participation of women engineers. One of her notable projects is “The REAL Plan,” where she served as Project Manager, aiming to revolutionize transportation in the Houston region by integrating various modes and emerging technologies. Outside of work, Aweidah enjoys boating, traveling, and spending time with her family and pets to unwind.

Jim Codling

With over three decades of experience, Jim Codling is a seasoned professional in power engineering, specializing in power delivery, utility design, and infrastructure development. His expertise spans distribution and transmission projects, including project management and engineering services tailored to the utilities industry. Jim has a deep understanding of market strategies, leveraging his leadership to break into competitive engineering spaces and drive growth. His strong grasp of technical design, regulatory compliance, and client relations has consistently delivered innovative and effective solutions.

Jim’s career includes impactful work internationally, where he led efforts to develop transmission and generation infrastructure in Iraq and Afghanistan for USAID and USACE, addressing critical needs in challenging environments. Domestically, he has been instrumental in advancing transmission line projects, combining his expertise with a commitment to reliable and efficient power delivery. Recognized for fostering team collaboration and mentoring engineers, Jim combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise to advance organizational goals and ensure excellence in the utilities sector.

Mike Gallagher

Mike Gallagher is DCCM’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all finance and administrative functions for the enterprise. Mike has over 35 years of experience serving in similar roles at various professional service organizations.  He has worked at international law firms, business consulting firms, accounting firm and technology organizations.  Prior to joining DCCM, he was the Chief Operating Officer for a Texas based personal injury law firm.  Mike has extensive experience with financial reporting and analysis, operations, budgeting, human resources, and office administration. Mike received his Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University, where he was one time named as an Outstanding Young Alumnus.

Tyler P. Jones

Tyler P. Jones, PG, PMP, serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at DCCM, where he partners with the executive team and business line leaders to develop and execute growth strategies that drive profitable growth and client stability. With 30 years of experience across infrastructure design, environmental sciences, construction management, and business development, Tyler’s leadership focuses on organic growth, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and enhancing key financial metrics like sales backlog, gross margin, and EBITDA.

Before joining DCCM, Tyler held leadership roles at WSP, Wood PLC, and AECOM, where he managed over 1,100 professionals and played a critical role in winning and operationalizing major projects. His expertise in the water sector, in particular, has been instrumental in driving top-line revenue growth. At DCCM, Tyler’s focus is on elevating the business lines through key hires and ensuring successful project execution with the right teams in place.

JR Reddish

JR Reddish is a seasoned engineering executive with a distinguished career in
delivering facility and infrastructure projects globally. As a private sector
engineering executive and President/CEO, he has led a diverse range of projects in
transportation, water, wastewater, hydrology and hydraulics (H&H), and oil & gas
pipelines for city, county, state, federal, and private sector clients.

In addition to his private sector accomplishments, JR brings over 20 years of
experience from the US Navy, where he served as an engineer in charge of both US
and foreign workforces. His extensive military background includes managing
projects that support shore and offshore installations and facilities. JR’s wealth of
experience and leadership skills make him a pivotal part of DCCM’s executive team.

Urs Rathgeb

Urs Rathgeb serves DCCM as Vice President-Finance by managing the day-to-day finance operations, financial reporting, insurance, and benefits plans. Urs previously was the CFO of one of DCCM’s Divisions, RG Miller | DCCM. Prior to that, he held various leadership positions in finance at both service and manufacturing companies. Urs holds an economics degree from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and currently lives in Houston, TX.

Parker Thompson

Parker Thompson is a Texas A&M graduate who began his career in the oil and gas industry, where he managed the capital projects group overseeing a $2.5 billion expenditure budget. Transitioning to DCCM, he currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Development. In this role, Parker assists with monthly operational reporting, integration of newly acquired firms, driving strategic growth initiatives, and facilitating collaboration across the DCCM platform’s marketing efforts.

Darrell Rochester

Darrell Rochester coordinates the strategy and day-to-day operations of Rochester | DCCM. He is responsible for client development and coordination of highly visible projects of the firm, including infrastructure for federal, state, and municipal projects. In addition, he has worked with more than 50 universities throughout the southeastern United States. 

Darrell’s high standards for quality on high-profile and multi-year projects have earned him recognition in the southeastern engineering community; most notably being named Chairman of the Board of ACEC Georgia, Board of Governors for the Georgia Chamber, Georgia Trend Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40, and Georgia Institute of Technology’s College of Engineering’s Outstanding Young Alumni through the years.

Jason Carraway

Jason Carraway, DCCM’s Vice President, Information Technology, oversees Technology, Cyber Security, Compliance, and integrations across the organization and its divisions. With 30 years of experience spanning industries such as oil & gas, energy, finance, and technology consulting for medium to large global organizations, he also founded and managed a successful consulting company. In his current role, Jason aims to unify disparate IT groups from acquisitions, fostering collaboration and bridging the gap between business and technology through leadership.

Kelly Duquette

As the Director of ERP Systems at DCCM, Kelly Duquette oversees the strategic management, implementation, and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. With over 25 years of experience in ERP administration and accounting, Kelly combines technical expertise with business insight to drive organizational success.

At DCCM, Kelly ensures ERP systems support operational efficiency and business growth, fostering collaboration across teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Amanda Mury

Amanda has been working in a supportive role for Civil Engineers since 2009, specifically alongside Jim Thompson. Currently, she holds the position of Director of Administration at DCCM HQ. In addition to her hands-on experience, Amanda has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Houston.

Staff Accountant 

Monica Humes

Monica Humes is the Staff Accountant for DCCM. She supports the CFO and VP of Finance with managing day-to-day operations. Monica has previously held several accounting positions as lead accountant at a small aviation company and accountant II at a local bank in Houston, Texas. Monica earned her B.S. in Health Administration and an MBA in Business Development Sales Management. She currently lives in Houston with her husband and dog.

Marketing and Administration Coordinator

Victoria Bailey

Victoria Bailey serves as the Marketing and Administrative Coordinator for DCCM. In her role, she supports office administration and marketing coordination across all DCCM divisions. Victoria brings a strong background in marketing management for the real estate sector and event coordination for a casino hotel. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing with a minor in Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
