During construction, our project manager oversaw critical tasks such as materials testing, attending bi-weekly construction meetings, reviewing and approving contractor submittals, responding to RFIs, change orders, and pay applications, and conducting site walk-throughs.
Teaming partners included The Lunz Group (architectural services), S&ME (landscape architecture), MES Group (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering), and OSPORTS (synthetic turf design and planning).
