DCCM has been providing plan review and building inspection services for the County of Placer since 2004, including plan check, and building safety inspection services for the Highlands Fire Station.

The 10,000-square-foot Highlands Fire Station serves the new Highlands area at Northstar Mountain Resort in the Sierra Nevada near Lake Tahoe, centered around the Big Springs Day Lodge and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
