Ralph T. Taylor, AIA, has joined DCCM as Sr. VP, Program Management.
Ralph brings more than 30 years of experience in planning, civil infrastructure, building engineering, design, and construction, with a strong emphasis on the technical, financial, operational, and production aspects of complex program delivery. His background spans major heavy civil and infrastructure programs across the United States and internationally, including work in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, Mexico, Central America, and South America.
Throughout his career, Ralph has served in senior leadership roles overseeing large, multidisciplinary programs and project teams. His experience includes program, project, and construction management; risk assessment; contract negotiation; procurement compliance; subcontract management; operational oversight; financial controls; and business development. He has led programs involving transportation, utilities, water and wastewater systems, real estate development, civic facilities, aviation, secure government facilities, and large-scale infrastructure improvements.
As Senior Vice President of Program Management, Ralph will apply his deep program delivery expertise to help guide complex assignments from planning through execution. His strengths in team building, cost management, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, and client relations will support DCCM’s continued focus on delivering efficient, well-managed solutions for clients and communities.
Ralph is a licensed architect in the State of Texas and a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Texas Society of Architects.
