DCCM was contracted by the City of Auburndale to provide sitework construction drawings and permitting support for the redevelopment of Lake Ariana Park in Auburndale, Florida. The project included a new approximately 30,000-square-foot civic center with associated parking, a relocated boat ramp, boat house, dock, pavilions, a volleyball court, a children’s play area, and stormwater management facilities.

The project was delivered as a design-build effort, with The Lunz Group serving as Architect and Springer Construction as the prime contractor. Throughout construction, DCCM provided ongoing project management and construction administration services, working closely with Springer Construction to support clear communication and timely issue resolution. Services included construction observations at critical milestones, review and approval of contractor submittals, responses to RFIs, and routine site walk-throughs.
