Robin Sandoe has joined DCCM as COO, Central Florida.
Robin brings more than 25 years of professional services operations experience, with a career focused on helping organizations improve performance, strengthen processes, and support long-term growth. Her expertise includes operational leadership, organizational effectiveness, strategic planning, process improvement, and change management, with a proven track record of building strong operational foundations that enable teams to perform at their highest level.
Throughout her career, Robin has partnered with leadership teams to drive business success through improved coordination, enhanced efficiency, and scalable operational strategies. She has led initiatives focused on performance optimization, organizational development, employee engagement, and continuous improvement, helping firms navigate growth while maintaining a strong commitment to client service and operational excellence.
As COO for Central Florida, Robin will play a key role in advancing operational excellence across the region. Working closely with leadership and staff, she will focus on strengthening processes, supporting strategic initiatives, improving organizational effectiveness, and enhancing collaboration across teams. Her leadership will help position DCCM for continued growth while enabling technical professionals to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions for clients and communities.

Outside of work, Robin enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found hiking with her husband and three children or competing on the tennis court.
