DCCM serves as the program manager, project manager, surveying consultant, and engineering partner for a diverse $400 million capital projects program. Our team provides the technical expertise and professional staffing needed to successfully implement the County’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP), including projects funded through multiple Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST) initiatives.

DCCM maintains a highly effective partnership with Hall County—collaborating closely with County leadership, Public Works, residential and commercial developers, and the broader community to achieve the program’s objectives.
