DCCM served as the prime engineering and surveying consultant for Cresswind Peachtree City, a 403-acre, 650-home active-adult master planned community developed by Kolter Homes. Our team provided full-service civil engineering, surveying, and zoning and entitlement support from early concept through final construction.

To secure the necessary approvals for a project of this scale, DCCM led the zoning and entitlement process, coordinating closely with Peachtree City planning staff, local agencies, and stakeholder groups. Our team prepared and presented required documentation, addressed land use and environmental considerations, and guided the project through ordinance compliance, ensuring a streamlined path to approval.

Environmental sensitivity remained a core priority throughout the design. In addition to preserving mature tree canopy and preserving the beauty of Line Creek via the implementation of robust stormwater solutions, DCCM ensured the community connected safely and efficiently to Peachtree City’s 100-mile cart path system, an essential element of the city’s multimodal transportation network.

All deliverables were accepted on the first submittal by the City, supporting on-time closings and an efficient transition into permitting and construction. The result is a community recognized for its thoughtful planning, environmental stewardship, and alignment with Peachtree City’s broader vision for connected, sustainable growth.
